Had huge, big size room with all good facilities. The staff were very helpful and top-class, all of them.

Great place to stay for a longer stay next to a quiet residential area, falls, and the Rialto bridge, St Marks Square. Excellent and incredible setting easy to access transport via water taxi. Met needs well, recommend.

The apartment was nice: all we wanted was there. It had an absolutely perfect and nice setting adjacent to the famous places, a water taxi, and the Train Station Santa Lucia. We appreciated staying there for two nights.

It was magnificent on the Grand Canal. Further, we were just next door to all the main attractions.

The owner, Paolo, makes you feel at home. The venue is housed in a neat building. Location is great - within walking distance to Saint Mark's Square. It's located next to the main attractions such as the Rialto-bridge and the St Marco square, and a beautiful in the good area. Spent here 4 good days, would recommend.

We had a really lovely stay in Venice near to most tourist attractions and supermarket, an old palace with 5m high ceiling in the middle of Venice and the square. Its location was perfect and exceptionally nice, at a moderate distance from a cathedral church. We greatly enjoyed how very very helpful and top-class the staff was. Our bedroom was nice large. There was a nice looking bathroom.

We really enjoyed every moment of the stay, excellent experience. Top-class staff and owner, they treated us like family. Nothing too much trouble, didn't want to leave.

The owners were friendly and helpful, providing transportation advice. The only improvement could be luggage storage after check-out. Definitely recommend! Large, clean apartments that accommodated our family of 6. No regrets.

Huge room equipped with kitchen and a balcony, as example. They provide a shower, hair dryers and a bidet in the washroom. Helpful staff ensured a wonderful stay for two nights🙂
